Terms & Conditions of Rental

MINIMUM AGE OF HIRER/DRIVER

The minimum age of the person hiring and/or driving the rental vehicle shall be 25.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER

US$10 per day with a deductible of US$100

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept most major credit cards

LIMITED THIRD PARTY COVER

US$5 per day with a deductible of $US1000

MINIMUM CHARGE

One (1) day with each additional hour being 1/3 of the daily rate.

ACCIDENTS

Accidents must be reported to the nearest Police Station and Ancio Enterprises Car Rentals

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

The hirer of the vehicle is responsible for all traffic violations.

DELIVERIES & PICKUP

We deliver and pickup

RETURNS

Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel as when collected. Missing gas will be billed at current Rental rates.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

Child seats and child booster seats are available at a rate of US$5 per day

EXTRA CHARGES

Additional Driver: Please advise the agents if you wish to have additional drivers. Only the drivers mentioned in the contract are authorised to drive the vehicle. US$5 per day up to US$50 maximum per rental will be charged for each additional driver. Each driver must meet Ancio Enterprises Car Rentals requirement.
